Job Summary:

Do you want to help children and families thrive? Do you have a degree related to Social Services? . Be a part of a team giving families and foster families the tools, resources, and caring guidance to achieve their goals We are hiring a Case Manager to work with children and families coordinating and facilitating delivery of services in community locations. This includes designing and developing individualized plans in collaboration with community and provider teams and family members to support children and youth to reach their goals and achieve permanency. See attached full job description for details. There is an opportunity for interested and qualified candidates to also be employed with Service Alternatives as a Youth Community Coordinator.

Shifts :

Monday - Friday, must be available to work evenings, weekends, and on call. Service Alternatives is looking for a Case Manager for a Part-Time position supporting at-risk youth in an in-home setting. The Part-Time position has the opportunity to increase to Full-Time when caseloads are increased.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or a closely related field. 1 year experience working with youth and families in a setting as outlined in the job description (Child Placing Agency Contract requirement). SA provides one-hour Master's level consultation for every twenty hours the Case Manager works. Exceptional Qualifications. Master's Degree in Social Services or a closely related field. 1 year experience working with youth and families in a setting as outlined in the job description.

Licensing and Certifications:

Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license. Current driver license, car, and car insurance.

TB Test:

Within 7 days of first day of employment, or prior to working on site (whichever comes first).

Ability to obtain:

agency affiliated counselor in the State of Washington under Department of Health healthcare professional credentialing guidelines.
