Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week. 4×10 or 5×8 schedule based on job needs. What you'll do Lead pergola, gazebo, and porch builds from layout to final walkthrough without needing day-to-day supervision Read plans, calculate material takeoffs, and order lumber, hardware, and supplies Manage and train a crew of 1-2 carpenters Keep jobs on schedule and on budget Make sure every build is square, solid, and something we're proud to put our name on Communicate with homeowners on-site in a professional, friendly way What we're looking for 3+ years of carpentry and/or framing experience; outdoor structures, decks, or porches are a big plus Ability to build a project start to finish with minimal direction Comfort calculating materials and placing orders Experience leading or training other carpenters, or readiness to step into that role Reliable, takes pride in their work, and does what they say they'll do Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own hand and power tools (if you don't, we can help provide them) Who will thrive here You're the carpenter everyone already turns to on the jobsite.
