This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your carpentry skills and hands-on experience to bring construction plans to life. Whether you're measuring, cutting, assembling, or installing, your contributions will help create safe, functional, and beautiful spaces. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, and fixture installation Perform residential carpentry tasks such as door hanging, cabinet installation, siding, and flooring installation Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, stucco application, and roofing tasks Conduct restoration activities including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, and reinstallation of damaged materials Operate woodworking machines safely for precise cuts and assembly of wood construction materials Carry out heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site activities while maintaining safety protocols Support other trades such as caulking, siding installation, tile laying, and drywall finishing as needed Skills Strong knowledge of construction estimating and ability to interpret detailed construction plans Proficiency in blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation for accurate project execution Skilled in using hand tools and power tools specific to woodworking and carpentry tasks Experience with residential carpentry including trim work, door hanging, cabinet installation, and flooring Familiarity with woodworking machines and heavy equipment used on construction sites Knowledge of safety procedures related to power tool use and general construction site safety standards Ability to perform masonry work such as bricklaying or stucco application when required Experience in restoration projects including water damage repair, mold remediation, and structural repairs Capable of working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments with attention to detail Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and demanding manual labor tasks Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to exciting building projects!
