Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential Framing Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for framing structures that form the foundation of residential buildings, ensuring precision and quality in every project. Duties Construct and install wall frames, roof trusses, floor systems, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing plans Erect wood building frameworks and install wood studs as required for various residential projects Operate heavy equipment safely to facilitate material movement and site preparation Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of framing tasks within project specifications Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience in residential framing carpentry, including frame carpentry, wood stud framing, and roofing installation We also employ Helpers, you will received training in order to reach the level of Carpenter. Knowledge of construction management principles and ability to read detailed schematics and blueprints Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to framing tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Strong understanding of construction site safety standards and protocols Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Valid experience in construction site environments with a focus on residential projectsJoin our team if you are eager to build high-quality homes while advancing your carpentry skills! Pay:
