Job Summary Fix N' Build, Inc. / Catio Builders is looking for a reliable and skilled Carpenter / Handyman to assist with residential repair and maintenance projects, custom catios, screened enclosures, and other small construction projects throughout the Los Angeles area. We are a small licensed contractor looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working at customers' homes. This position is ideal for someone with solid general construction and carpentry skills who can work alongside the owner and also complete assigned tasks independently. You do not need to know every trade. We are primarily looking for someone with good carpentry and general construction skills, mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Typical Work May Include

• Basic carpentry and wood framing
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling wood structures
• Building custom catios and screened enclosures
• General home repairs and property maintenance
• Drywall repairs and patching
• Painting and finish work
• Trim, shelving, and hardware installation
• Doors, screens, and other miscellaneous repairs
• Jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handling Qualifications
• Previous construction, carpentry, handyman, or similar experience
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools
• Able to measure accurately and make precise cuts
• Able to complete assigned tasks with limited supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate well
• Professional and respectful when working at occupied residential properties
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to safely lift and carry common construction materials and equipment Schedule Hours will vary based on project workload and typically range from 16-40 hours per week.

Hours may vary from week to week and are not guaranteed. There is potential for more consistent full-time hours as workload increases. Work is performed at various residential job sites throughout the Los Angeles area. Compensation $28

• 34 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skill.
