Job Description

Handyman-Carpenter for Commercial Properties - Facility Repair Maintenance BSM Facilities services group, established in 1979, is a trusted leader in commercial building maintenance, serving the Bay Area and beyond. We provide high-quality repair and maintenance services to commercial buildings, grocery stores, malls, retail plazas, and industrial facilities. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team, tackle a range of maintenance, and repair tasks for our clients and building owners in the area of Napa. Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to) : Installing and repairing ceiling tiles Patching concrete and asphalt Curb painting and stenciling Installing and repairing doors Drywall installation, framing, and repairs Flooring installation and repairs Replacing light fixtures and ballasts Performing minor electrical repairs Patching and painting Basic plumbing repairs

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction or building maintenance. Must have your own tools and reliable transportation Valid Driver's License Ability to work at multiple sites within the Napa area. Must pass all Pre-Hire Screenings and present verifiable documentation upon consideration- including drug test.

Job Details:

Full Time:

Monday - Friday (Work Hours TBD)

Pay Range :

$32 to $35 /hour

Work Environment:
