Overview Join a hands-on remodeling team as a part-time contract framer, bringing skill and care to bathroom renovations, wall modifications, sauna builds, and varied carpentry projects. You'll work from construction plans and technical drawings, measure accurately, and adapt framing to the needs of each project.

Your impact:

Precise framing and thoughtful coordination help create safe, functional spaces for clients and keep remodeling work moving smoothly. Duties Frame walls and remodel bathrooms, saunas, and other interior spaces; complete trim carpentry and related woodworking. Read blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings; take dimensional measurements using a tape measure and basic math. Use hand and power tools for carpentry, metal stud framing, and other construction tasks. Support related work as needed, including metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry, welding, and plastering. Coordinate work on site, handle heavy materials safely, and contribute construction management support where appropriate. Qualifications Seasoned carpentry and construction experience, including frame carpentry and remodeling; construction site experience required. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, dimensional measurements, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings. Basic math skills and ability to follow construction plans accurately. Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely and work effectively as part of a project team. Experience with metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry, welding, metal stud framing, plastering, or construction management is an asset.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
