• What you'll be doing as a

Journeyman Finish Carpenter:

Install, fit, and secure cabinets, ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and a professional finish Ensure cabinets are accurately installed to accommodate solid countertops with seamless alignment and minimal gaps Perform detailed finish carpentry work, including trim, molding, cabinetry, and other finishing components Measure, cut, fit, and adjust wood materials to precise specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to complete installations accurately Use hand and power tools to install and finish cabinetry and related components Inspect completed work for proper fit, alignment, and quality Perform minor adjustments and finishing work to achieve a clean, professional appearance Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow jobsite safety procedures Available shifts:

Shift Timings:

1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, with strong emphasis on finish carpentry Demonstrated experience installing cabinets and ensuring precise alignment with countertops Strong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques, including trim, molding, cabinetry, and detailed installation work Ability to read blueprints, interpret measurements, and perform accurate layout and installation Proficiency using carpentry hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finished work Experience with commercial carpentry preferred Reliable transportation to and from jobsites Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division OSHA 10 preferred - PeopleReady will help provide your OSHA training Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds and transport tools and materials around the jobsite Ready to take control of the way you work?
