This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, contributing to high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project completion. As a Carpenter/Laborer, you will be involved in all phases of construction, from framing and drywall installation to finishing touches like trim and fixture installation. Your energy, attention to detail, and dedication will help bring construction visions to life while ensuring safety and precision on every job site. Duties Assist in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and effectively Perform framing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, rebar installation, and siding work Install doors, fixtures, flooring, trim carpentry elements, and other wood construction materials with precision Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper posture and technique Support site cleanup, material handling, and preparation for ongoing construction activities Follow all safety protocols related to power tool safety, construction site procedures, and equipment use Skills Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including residential carpentry, frame carpentry, and remodeling projects Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction plans to interpret technical drawings accurately Experience with drywall installation, caulking, mold remediation, restoration industry practices, and flooring installation Ability to operate woodworking tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and other power tools safely Familiarity with construction estimating processes and working with wood construction materials Hands-on experience with siding installation, door hanging, fixture mounting, and assembly tasks Knowledge of safety standards including power tool safety protocols and proper handling of heavy materials Join us if you're eager to build your skills in a fast-paced environment where your craftsmanship makes a tangible difference!
