• Detail for new home construction.

Qualified individuals must have reliable transportation and his/her own tools to perform job duties. Our company is looking for reliable finish Carpenters / Prep Detailers to perform an assortment of job functions that relate to Finish Carpentry. Functions range from Installing baseboards, Minor drywall repair, and Paint Touch-ups to Caulking and prep work.

Responsibilities:

Must have the skill and knowledge to perform all required

Job Duties:

Must be able to identify punch list items on a home Perform Drywall Repair, texture ( Must be able to match texture ) and paint The ability to install hardware Fix broken tile or wood floor Installation of baseboard Cabinet touch up and repair ( Touch up and trim ) Minor drywall repair (size of a half-dollar or less) Caulking and paint prep work Minor stucco repair and concrete patch work Minor carpentry duties, i.e. baseboard and casing installation, door adjustments, hardware installation, etc.

Education:

No Requirements Experience:

24 months

Physical:

Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds The ability to walk up stairs
