As an integral part of our crew, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks, from framing and drywall installation to finishing touches like trim and fixture installation. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects. Perform framing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and rebar installation with precision and efficiency. Handle woodworking tasks using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines to craft custom components. Install doors, siding, flooring, fixtures, mold remediation elements, and other residential features with attention to detail. Conduct heavy lifting safely while managing materials such as wood construction materials and other building supplies. Ensure power tool safety protocols are followed at all times during construction site activities. Assist with remodeling projects, restoration work, and general handyman tasks to meet client specifications. Skills Extensive experience in residential carpentry including framing, trim carpentry, drywall finishing, and door hanging. Proficiency in reading construction plans and interpreting technical drawings accurately. Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., saws, hammers) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) for woodworking and construction tasks. Knowledge of construction estimating processes to assist in project planning and material ordering. Familiarity with woodworking machines and construction site safety standards related to power tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while managing various building materials such as siding or rebar. Experience with caulking, stucco application, siding installation, flooring installation, plastering, drywall finishing, fixture installation, mold remediation or restoration industry experience is a plus.
