Growth opportunities On-the-job training We are looking for a self-motivated, punctual, skilled and experienced carpenter. To fulfill this role you must be able to communicate effectively with other professionals involved with each project, manage a small crew, manage sub-contractors work, create material lists, read blueprints, and document day to day progress. You will be working alongside the company owner to establish and execute systems in all phases of each project. We provide extensive on the job training not just with skills but with product knowledge , building philosophies , and construction design. Our standards for quality and professionalism are second to none. If you're looking to work with high level builders, have the patience to produce exceptional work, and have the desire to establish a long term position within a small company then please apply. If you are not a journeyman carpenter please don't apply. If you are almost there and can communicate your skillset and abilities properly then I would consider it. Otherwise this position is only for those with journeyman level skills and knowledge.
