Role On-Site Dynamic:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to run the physical phase of our bathroom transformations on-site alongside the owner/ Contractor. You will handle structural rough-in, heavy material management and demo, rough in plumbing and electrical , tile installation and surface preparation/ waterproofing and core building tasks, while working in tandem with the owner who manages design, client relations, eye-level precision finishes, and quality assurance.

Core Responsibilities:

Prep and Demo:

Site protection, dust containment setup, full demolition, structural haul-away, and trash management.

Rough-In & Framing:

Sistering studs, blocking, floor leveling, niche framing, and backing installation.

Waterproofing & Substrate:

GoBoard and Denshshield board installation, membrane waterproofing (Schluter/Kerdi/HydroBan, Hydro ban sheets etc), and floating shower pans and installing pre-sloped pan systems.

Tile Execution:

Precision layout, backerboard, floor and wall tile setting, and grouting.

General Assembly:

Handling heavy material deliveries, vanity placement, tub installations, and site cleanup.

Plumbing and electrical:

know how to execute plumbing and electrical work scope during the bathroom remodel Vanity installation. Plumbing and electrical finish fixtures installation

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience (bathroom experience preferred). 2.Strong background in framing, tile setting, shower pan prep, and waterproofing systems. 3.Must own a reliable work truck/van 4.Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and active work authorization. 5.Dependable, punctual, respectful of high-end homes, and detail-oriented. Full TIME , Project Based opportunity.

Pay:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 55.0 per week
