What you'll do Remove and replace termite- and dry-rot-damaged wood (fascia, rafter tails, eaves, decks, stairs, door and window trim) Match existing profiles and leave clean, paint-ready work Document before and after photos for completion reports Order materials and keep the truck stocked What you bring 3+ years of finish or framing carpentry, ideally termite and dry rot repair Own hand tools (power tools provided) Valid California driver's license Comfortable on ladders and roofs What we offer $25 to $32 per hour, depending on experience Power tools and materials provided Mileage reimbursement for job runs Steady, year-round work Paid sick leave (per California law)
