In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finishing work on commercial projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Your expertise in carpentry, woodworking, and construction plans will contribute to creating beautiful, functional spaces that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling and restoration to new builds, all while honing your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute finish carpentry tasks Install wood trim, molding, cabinetry, and fixtures with precision and care Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking safely and effectively to shape and assemble wood components Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood construction materials for various interior applications Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support project timelines Ensure adherence to power tool safety standards while operating woodworking machines and other equipment Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials on-site Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to interpret construction plans accurately Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial carpentry or finish carpentry with a strong portfolio of completed projects Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to read detailed blueprints and technical drawings Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, and framing Familiarity. Background working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols including power tool safety practices Experience in the restoration industry or mold remediation is a plus but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining quality standards during project execution Previous handyman or assembly experience is advantageous for versatile project support Join us as a Finish Carpenter if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to exciting building projects.
