- Job Description
- This role calls for an experienced, all-phase carpenter foreman who takes pride in both skilled craftsmanship and maintaining a clean, organized job site. You will oversee and perform punch list tasks including drywall and finishing, flooring installation, framing, setting cabinets, hanging doors, and setting floors on multifamily, affordable housing, and small commercial projects.
- Responsibilities
- + Lead and perform all phases of carpentry work, including framing, finish carpentry, and punch list completion.
+ Complete punch list tasks such as drywall installation and repair, drywall finishing, flooring installation, cabinet setting, door hanging, and floor setting.
+ Use hand tools and other construction tools safely and effectively to deliver high-quality workmanship.
+ Maintain a clean and organized job site, including picking up trash and debris as needed.
+ Support construction activities on multifamily, affordable housing, and small commercial projects.
+ Coordinate daily tasks to ensure work progresses efficiently within scheduled hours.
+ Follow all site safety practices and contribute to a safe working environment for the crew.
- Essential Skills
- + Strong all-phase carpentry experience, including framing and finish carpentry.
+ Hands-on experience with drywall installation and finishing.
+ Proficiency in flooring installation across relevant materials and project types.
+ Demonstrated ability to set cabinets accurately and securely.
+ Experience hanging and setting doors with proper alignment and hardware installation.
+ Ability to use hand tools and basic construction tools safely and effectively.
+ Experience in commercial construction projects.
+ Ability and willingness to perform site clean-up tasks, including picking up trash and maintaining order.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Experience working on multifamily and affordable housing construction projects. + Experience with small commercial construction environments. + Comfort supervising or guiding other carpenters and laborers on site. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes. + Reliable work habits and ability to consistently work scheduled hours, Monday through Friday.

- Work Environment
- The role is full-time, with a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.
m. to 4:00 p.m. Work takes place on active construction sites focused on multifamily and affordable housing developments, as well as small commercial projects. You will work with standard construction and carpentry tools in a field-based setting, moving between interior and exterior spaces as needed. The environment is hands-on, fast-paced, and safety-conscious, requiring appropriate work attire suitable for construction sites.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boulder, CO.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $26.
00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
