Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Carpenter Helper / Tradesperson to join our reconstruction team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople on restoration and rebuilding projects. Key Responsibilities Assist lead carpenters and restoration technicians with structural repairs, drywall prep, framing, trim work, and general reconstruction tasks. Help set up, maintain, and clean up job sites and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform basic carpentry and trade measurements, cutting, and prep work under guidance. Communicate professionally and compassionately with property owners and clients during job site visits. Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work vehicles and staging areas. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required). Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening . Customer service mindset with good communication skills to interact positively with clients. Strong work ethic, dependability, and a eagerness to learn on the job. Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and operating hand/power tools). Prior hands-on experience in carpentry, residential remodeling, or general trades is a plus, but not required .
