OF PROFESSIONAL ROUGH CARPENTRY/FRAMING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL OR GENERAL LABOR POSITION.

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking an experienced rough carpenter/framer for primarily commercial construction projects throughout Northern Colorado and the Denver metro area. Applicants must have hands-on experience with wood framing and rough carpentry , reliable transportation to job sites, and their own basic hand tools. Concrete only experience, general labor experience, or DIY/home project experience does not meet the experience requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material according to measurements Build walls, doorways, staircases and other parts of a building structure by using raw materials or pre-constructed items Build scaffolding and other construction structures

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years professional rough carpentry/framing experience Demonstrated experience framing walls, openings, headers and other structural components Experience safely operating saws and other common framing/power tools Own basic carpenter hand tools Reliable personal transportation to various job sites Ability to regularly lift/carry up to 80 lbs and work from ladders/scaffolding Ability to work overtime when project schedules require it Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to travel throughout Northern Colorado and the Denver metro area; occasional out of state travel may be required

Benefits:
