Pure Restore is looking for a full-time (40+ hours, Monday through Friday) multi-trade carpenter. Most of our jobs involve residential homes that were damaged by water, fire, or other emergencies. Our team is not looking for a single-trade specialist. We want someone solid in two or three of these and willing to get good at the rest. This is a W2 position with full-time benefits. The company also provides tools, vehicles, and gas cards. You should expect to work overtime during busy seasons like winter and spring. What you'll do Hang, tape, finish and texture drywall to match existing (knockdown, orange peel, smooth) Set floor and wall tile, including backer board, waterproofing, layout and grout Install trim, baseboard, casing, interior doors, closet systems and hardware Install cabinets, vanities, countertops (pre-fab), and LVP, laminate and engineered flooring Framing repair, subfloor replacement and insulation after demo Prep and paint; basic plumbing and electrical fixture swaps where no permit is required Photo-document your work daily; keep the site clean Report to project manager with updates What we're looking for 3+ years hands-on residential carpentry, remodeling or restoration reconstruction Strong in at least two of: drywall finish, tile, finish carpentry; competent in flooring and paint Can work from a written scope with minimal supervision once the lead sets the plan Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; able to pass a background check Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Physical requirements: lift 75 lbs, work from ladders and in crawlspaces and attics, stand and kneel for full shifts.

Pay:

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
