Contribute directly to the successful execution of complex construction projects. What You'll Do Interpret and apply construction drawings and specifications. Utilize hand-set and job-built form systems. Perform layout work and establish elevations. Operate equipment such as forklifts and manlifts. Conduct daily equipment and tool inspections. Work across multiple job sites as needed. Follow and support company policies and procedures. Participate in QA/QC programs and support quality execution. Assist with maintaining tools and equipment. Safety Responsibilities Follow and support ICM safety programs, policies, and procedures. Participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and hazard mitigation. Review required safety permits for daily work activities. Ensure equipment inspections are completed prior to use. Participate in weekly safety meetings and training. Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE). Identify and help correct unsafe behaviors and conditions. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial structural concrete construction (5+ preferred). Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and form systems. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Willingness to learn and continuously improve skills.
