Job Description

Superintendents, Foremen and Carpenters - Join Nedbo Construction We are seeking motivated and experienced Superintendents, Foremen and Carpenters to become part of the Nedbo Construction team. For over 40 years we have been building, renovating and remodeling custom homes throughout the Vail Valley. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule and supervise on-site construction activities to meet project milestones. Lead and coordinate carpentry crews, subcontractors and vendors while enforcing safety protocols. Maintain quality control, inspect work, troubleshoot issues and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Superintendent, Foreman or Carpenter on custom residential projects; strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Compensation & benefits:

Carpenters/Foremen:

$35-48/hour (based on experience);

Superintendents:

$48-65/hour (based on experience). Benefits include

PTO, 401
