What You Bring We're looking for a highly skilled carpenter who blends traditional technique with modern fabrication—and delivers precise work at production speed. Required Foundations 3+ years of carpentry experience, especially in fields that demand precision and pace, such as cabinetry or custom furniture, finish or construction carpentry, architectural millwork, or production and manufacturing fabrication. Expert-level proficiency with a full range of professional woodworking tools, including table saws, miter saws, pneumatic tools, sanders, and hand tools. The ability to read, interpret, and build from complex 2D and 3D drawings accurately—getting it right the first time. A proven ability to deliver high-quality work at production speed —balancing precise craftsmanship with deadlines, build schedules, and consistent daily output. Proven success assembling projects from CNC-cut components. Deep knowledge of working with plywood, MDF, hardwoods, laminates, and acrylics, plus familiarity with hardware, fasteners, and finishing techniques. Direct experience building for escape rooms, theme parks, immersive entertainment venues, or other high-volume production environments.
