We are seeking an experienced, dependable carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded and proficient in all phases of residential carpentry. Strong finish carpentry skills are preferred. Responsibilities Perform framing, interior and exterior trim, cabinetry, door and window installation, and general carpentry Read and work from architectural drawings, plans, and specifications Complete work accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard Identify and resolve field conditions and construction challenges Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Coordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members Protect finished surfaces and respect clients' homes and properties Qualifications Several years of professional carpentry experience Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling Finish carpentry experience strongly preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and perform layout Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must be dependable, professional, and able to communicate clearly Must have standard hand tools appropriate for the position This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced carpenter looking for steady, high-quality work with a growing company.
