We are seeking a Lead Carpenter to join our team. United Property Restoration Services is committed to our

Our Lead Carpenters travel locally to support the residential and commercial reconstruction of damaged properties utilizing their knowledge of remodeling trades, procedures, and techniques. These roles create and perform layouts for framing and finishing all phases of construction projects including new homes, room additions, and remodeling. In a lead role, this position manages job sites with multiple employees and oversees trade contractors involved in project work.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 10+ years of experience in all phases of residential/commercial construction required. Ability to read and interpret documents, blueprints, and scopes. Effectively communicates with customers, managers, and team. Knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle that can transport tools/materials. Strong team leadership skills.
Physical Requirements:
The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly. The ability to respond quickly to sounds. The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces. The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations. The ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds. The ability to work in extreme weather. The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day.
