The ideal candidate will have strong carpentry skills, leadership ability, and the capability to work independently while overseeing smaller crews when needed. This position involves traveling to multiple condominium communities daily to perform a wide range of carpentry and exterior maintenance projects. The candidate must have their own truck that can hold a ladder, professional tools, and be comfortable managing projects in the field. Responsibilities Perform a variety of general carpentry work including repairs, replacements, Inspections for issues such as leaks, and new installations. Work on projects such as trim, framing, siding repairs, decks, railings, doors, windows, and other exterior/interior carpentry tasks . Travel between multiple condominium properties to complete scheduled maintenance and repair work. Act as the lead carpenter on job sites , directing and assisting other crew members when necessary. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality . Communicate with management regarding project progress, materials needed, and any issues encountered on-site. Work independently with minimal supervision while following project instructions and timelines . Maintain a clean and organized work area and represent the company professionally while working in residential communities. Requirements Proven carpentry experience (several years preferred). Ability to lead and supervise crew members when needed. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to work independently and problem-solve on job sites . Must have a reliable truck/vehicle that can carry a ladder and have your own tools . Comfortable traveling between multiple job sites/condominium complexes . Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and perform physical work. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in property maintenance or condominium communities . Ability to estimate materials or assist with project planning. Strong communication and organizational skills. Pay:
