Job Overview We are seeking skilled Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including the ability to work with different materials and tools. This role requires a commitment to quality craftsmanship and the ability to work collaboratively on construction projects. Applicant must possess a strong desire to be proficient in many areas of craftsmanship. Some examples of our normal operation include: New residential construction Residential and commercial remodeling Property maintenance Sawmill operation and wood processing Structural wood truss manufacturing Log cabin construction Marine construction Pole barn construction Tiny home manufacturing Wood working and furniture making Interior trim and doors Cabinet installation Responsibilities Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Work with hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Carry oneself in a professional manner at all times Experience Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job demands. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of roofing systems and installation practices is beneficial. Previous experience working with drywall is desirable.
