AM Start Date:

ASAP SCOPE OF WORK

• Assemble and install various types of formwork.
• Operate lull, boom lift, and scissor lifts.
• Read basic blueprints to identify dimensions and elevations.
• Use laser equipment for plumbing walls.
• Direct and coordinate one to three laborers, helpers, or carpenters as assigned.
• Signal cranes using standard hand and English verbal signals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4 years of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Demonstrated experience performing skilled commercial carpentry work.
• Ability to report to work daily and on time.
• Must have appropriate carpentry tools, including a framing square, crescent wrench, magnetic float, 100-foot tape measure, and construction calculator.
• Responsive throughout the hiring process and able to communicate reliably.
