Overview As a Framer and Trim Carpenter, you'll build, repair, and finish residential structures with care and precision. You'll use construction plans and technical drawings to guide framing, trim work, and related repairs, while keeping safety and craftsmanship at the center of each task.

Accurate framing and finish work helps homeowners enjoy safe, functional, and well-finished spaces. Responsibilities Read blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings; estimate materials and work needs Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood construction materials for frame carpentry, trim, doors, fixtures, and siding Operate hand tools, woodworking power tools, and woodworking machines; follow power tool safety practices Support remodeling and restoration work, including drywall, caulking, plastering, stucco, tile laying, and water damage Assist with rebar installation and other site tasks; lift and handle materials as needed Requirements Construction experience, including residential carpentry, carpentry, woodworking, trim carpentry, or frame carpentry Ability to read blueprints, interpret technical drawings, and work from construction plans Experience using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely Construction site experience; handyman experience is helpful Familiarity with assembly, door hanging, fixture installation, siding, drywall, caulking, plastering, stucco, rebar installation, remodeling, or tile laying is preferred; ability to perform heavy lifting is required

Pay:

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
