The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes on time. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring all trim work and interior finishes meet specified standards and client expectations. The Finish Carpenter will collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to achieve precise and aesthetically pleasing results. Responsibilities Perform trim carpentry tasks including installing baseboards, crown molding, window casings, door trims, and other interior finishing elements. Measure, cut, assemble, and install various wood components with accuracy and attention to detail. Cabinet installation. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation of finish carpentry elements. Prepare work areas by protecting surfaces and maintaining a clean workspace during and after projects. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively. Inspect completed work for quality control and make necessary adjustments or corrections as needed. Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment. Must have own transportation. Experience Proven experience in finish carpentry or trim carpentry is required. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials used in interior finishing work. Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision craftsmanship. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different project requirements. Prior experience working in residential or commercial construction projects is advantageous.
