Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks that contribute to the successful completion of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Duties Read and interpret drawings to accurately execute projects. Use hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines to cut, shape, and assemble building materials. Assemble of cabinets, doors, panels and custom cabinets. Hardware installation and adjustment. Safely operate power tools for woodworking and adhere to all power tool safety protocols. Assist with heavy lifting, material handling, site cleanup, and other labor-intensive tasks as needed. Keep a safety and clean work area. Skills Interpreting technical drawings. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines. Familiarity with the designs for accurate project execution. Knowledge of construction site safety practices related to power tools and heavy lifting. Custom cabinets fabrication and assembly experience.
