We're looking for an experienced carpenter who's also a strong painter, someone who cares about people, takes pride in the details, and wants to keep getting better.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Custom accent walls: slats, wainscoting, board and batten, and shiplap. Fireplace and media walls, trim, and shelving. Interior painting, including prep, sanding, caulking, and clean finishes. Keeping clients' homes protected and work areas organized.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Proven finish carpentry experience and strong interior painting skills. You should already be comfortable doing both and have examples of your work to share. You don't need to know everything. You do need a solid foundation, a willingness to learn, and the drive to keep improving.

TRANSPORTATION

Reliable transportation to job sites is required. Access to a pickup truck properly equipped and rated to tow our work trailer occasionally is a plus, but isn't required.

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week

Do you have reliable transportation and the ability to commute to job sites up to 90 miles away, arriving on time for your scheduled start? This is a W-2 position with company-set work hours at job sites around Orlando, Oviedo, and Central Florida. What is your availability, and when could you start? Walk us through how you would prepare and paint newly installed paint-grade wall paneling for a clean, finished result. Can you provide examples of your completed work and two previous supervisors or clients who can speak to your workmanship, attendance, and communication?
