Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Form Carpenter with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on form carpentry experience to support residential concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, understand proper form construction, and perform quality work in a fast-paced job-site environment.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of form carpentry experience required Strong experience with residential concrete formwork Experience building, setting, bracing, aligning, and stripping concrete forms Ability to measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other form materials accurately Ability to read measurements and follow job-site plans and instructions Proficient with standard carpentry hand and power tools Experience with foundations, slabs, walls, footings, and other concrete formwork Rebar experience is a plus, but NOT required Candidates with experience tying, cutting, placing, or installing rebar are highly preferred Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying construction materials Safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work effectively with a construction crew Reliable transportation to the job site

Important:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of form carpentry experience. Rebar experience would be a strong advantage. #
