We are looking to hire an experienced, professional, and skilled individual as a lead carpenter for our work crew. This person must be highly skilled with interior trim carpentry and other aspects of home construction and remodeling. The role of this position is to receive daily tasks from the supervisor to complete at jobsite, guide and work with other crew members to complete tasks proficiently and timely, ensure high quality installation, prepare job sites for other subcontractors to come in and work behind them. Specific duties may vary as each project is different. Benefits available include dental, medical, and vision insurance after 3-month probationary period. Accident policy covered by RLCAD after 3-month probationary period. PTO/Sick and Vacation pay after 6-month probationary period. 401(k) and employer match available after 1 year.
