Stone Creek Home Services is looking for Experienced and reliable remodeling help for part-time or full-time work. This is not an entry level or training position. This position is a 1099 contractor position, with pay starting at $22/hour, depending on experience and skill level.

Requirements Applicants must have:

Ample Experience in Remodeling Bathroom remodeling experience required Deck building experience required Reliable transportation Ability to show up on time and communicate clearly Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed Clean background check Basic tools preferred Keeping jobsites clean, safe, and organized

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time availability may be considered depending on experience and current project needs. This is not an entry-level or training position. We are specifically looking for someone with several years of hands-on residential remodeling experience who can be given a scope of work, arrive prepared, problem-solve in the field, and complete quality work without needing constant instruction or supervision.

Bathroom remodels Decks and porches Four-season rooms and additions Interior and exterior remodeling Carpentry, trim and finish work General residential repairs and improvements You may be a great fit if you: Have 3+ years of substantial hands-on remodeling or carpentry experience Are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for assigned work Can look at a remodeling project and understand the proper order of operations Have strong carpentry and general construction skills Can troubleshoot problems and make sound decisions in the field Take pride in doing things correctly rather than simply getting them done quickly Show up when you say you will and work hard while you're there Are honest, dependable and trustworthy Communicate well with homeowners and coworkers Have reliable transportation Are teachable and willing to follow our company's standards, even when you've done something differently in the past
