Job Description

Carpenter Laborer - Pole Buildings, Pole Barns & Custom Decks We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Carpenter Laborer to join our growing team. This position will assist with carpentry and general construction work on pole buildings, pole barns, and custom residential decks . The ideal candidate is comfortable working with tools, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Assist with framing and construction of pole buildings, pole barns, and custom decks Measure, cut, assemble, and install lumber and other building materials Assist with installing framing, decking, siding, trim, and other structural components Safely operate hand and power tools Load, unload, and organize lumber, materials, tools, and equipment Follow plans, measurements, and instructions from crew leaders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Work efficiently as part of a construction crew Perform additional carpentry and general labor duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Basic knowledge of framing and construction practices is a plus Ability to accurately read a tape measure Experience using common hand and power tools Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take direction
