Job Description

at Lewis Structures, Inc. in Mountain Home, Idaho, United States Job Description Essential Responsibilities Perform skilled construction and carpentry tasks. Read and follow construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, install, and finish construction materials accurately. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Assist with framing, siding, drywall, trim, painting, finish work, and other construction activities. Load, unload, move, and properly store construction materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite. Identify potential construction or safety issues and communicate them to the appropriate supervisor. Follow applicable building codes, safety requirements, and company policies. Protect customer property and maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working on jobsites. Perform other construction-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous construction experience preferred. Knowledge of basic construction methods, materials, and tools. Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic measurements and calculations. Ability to safely operate common construction tools and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and working in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Commitment to following workplace safety practices.
