In this role, you will support a variety of construction projects by performing essential physical tasks that contribute to the successful completion of residential and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Previous construction experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided for motivated individuals.

Schedule:

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Alternative scheduling options, including four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, may be available based on project needs. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up equipment. Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment. Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Support skilled tradespeople with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installation tasks. Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company safety standards. Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision. Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and cleanup. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and job site needs. Adhere to project schedules and quality standards. Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Previous construction, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus but not required. Basic understanding of construction safety practices preferred. Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to pass any required background checks and drug screenings.
