What You'll Be Doing:

• Kitchen,bathroom & basement remodels
• Wood & Composite deck construction and repairs
• Framing and carpentry
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Flooring installation
• Full Demolition
• Interior and Exterior painting & staining
• General remodeling tasks
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of residential remodeling or carpentry experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable, punctual, and respectful when working in customers' homes
