What You'll Be Doing:
- Kitchen,bathroom & basement remodels
- Wood & Composite deck construction and repairs
- Framing and carpentry
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Flooring installation
- Full Demolition
- Interior and Exterior painting & staining
- General remodeling tasks
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of residential remodeling or carpentry experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable, punctual, and respectful when working in customers' homes
