$28.00 - $34.00 / Hour

•Concrete Form Carpenters Responsibilities Build, install, brace, align, and strip concrete formwork for commercial foundations, footings, walls, columns, slabs, and other structural concrete components. Measure, cut, and assemble wood and engineered forming materials according to project specifications. Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, elevations, and layout information to ensure accurate form placement. Set and verify grades, elevations, and alignment for concrete pours. Assist with layout and preparation for concrete placements while ensuring forms are square, level, plumb, and properly braced. Install embedded items, block-outs, anchor bolts, and other components required before concrete placement. Safely dismantle and clean reusable form systems after concrete has cured. Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently. Work closely with superintendents, laborers, ironworkers, and concrete finishers to maintain production schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while following all OSHA and company safety standards. Concrete Form Carpenters Qualifications 3-5+ years of commercial concrete form carpentry experience Extensive experience constructing and stripping concrete forms for commercial projects Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and layout plans Experience measuring, cutting, and assembling formwork with precision OSHA 10 Certification (Required by IU Health) Strong understanding of concrete placement procedures and construction safety Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a construction team TalentLogistiX is a workforce business solutions provider.
