Job Description

Job Description We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Carpenter / Deck Installer ! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being outdoors, and seeing the results of their hard work. Whether you have previous carpentry or construction experience or are looking to get started in the trades, we are willing to train the right person! In this role, you will work alongside an experienced team to build, assemble, and install residential decks. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and take pride in doing quality work. What You'll Be Doing Assist with the construction and installation of residential decks. Measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite decking materials. Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Assist with framing, decking, railings, stairs, and finishing work. Prepare job sites and organize materials for installation. Work alongside experienced carpenters to learn proper building techniques. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to quality standards. What We're Looking For Previous carpentry, construction, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required . Willingness to learn and develop hands-on construction skills. Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding tasks. Ability to lift and carry construction materials. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. Ability to follow directions and work well with a team. Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Comfortable using or learning to use basic hand and power tools.
