The position reports to the General Supervisor at the Andover campus. Butler Community College offers a very generous benefits package. B. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions. C. Possess good communication skills. D. Must be able to work with other trades. E. Valid Kansas driver's license. F. Ability to lift minimum of 75 pounds. G. Ability to climb, stoop, bend, and work in awkward positions. H. Ability to work indoors and outdoors. Required experience A. Experience in use of trade related equipment. B. Minimum of 2-3 years painting/wood finishing and 2-3 years carpentry experience. Required educational background High School diploma or equivalent.
