Detailed industry knowledge (3yrs. + exp.) The ability to work under a foreman and learn the company process to ensure quality and efficiency. The ability to work unsupervised and with others. Must be able to follow detailed instructions. Be proficient in using paint sprayers. Be proficient with drywall finishes and textures. Know how to do basic carpentry.
