Halls Flooring & Tile, LLC Winchester, KY & Surrounding Areas Halls Flooring & Tile is looking for an experienced Working Construction Supervisor / Crew Leader to join our growing team. This is a hands-on working supervisor position. The right person will work alongside the labor crew — performing construction work while also leading, training, and coordinating the crew to keep projects moving efficiently and to our quality standards. Responsibilities- Work directly alongside the labor crew
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day jobsite activities
- Train and help develop crew members
- Ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently, and safely
- Read and follow scopes of work and project expectations
- Help keep jobs on schedule and organized
- Communicate jobsite needs and progress with management
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized jobsite Experience Needed We are looking for someone with strong hands-on construction experience, particularly in whole-home renovations. Experience should include a variety of interior and exterior renovation work, such as:
- Framing & drywall
- Flooring
- Tile installation
- Trim & baseboards
- Doors & windows
- Cabinets & countertops
- Painting & interior finishes
- General remodeling and renovation
- Property Maintenance The ideal candidate is a skilled, dependable, hands-on leader who isn't afraid to work alongside the crew and jump in wherever needed.
