Job Description

McPhee Associates is an award-winning, family-owned design-build firm specializing in high-end Cape Cod residences. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, exceptional service, and long-term relationships with our clients. We are seeking an experienced General Service Carpenter / Handyperson to join our team and support the Property Management division. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, dependable professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys providing exceptional service to homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general home maintenance, repairs, and carpentry projects. Address service requests and property maintenance needs for residential clients. Complete repairs and improvements with attention to quality, detail, and craftsmanship. Interact professionally with homeowners, colleagues, subcontractors, and other trade professionals. Identify maintenance concerns and communicate recommended solutions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Represent McPhee Associates with professionalism and respect in every client interaction.
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in residential construction, carpentry, and home maintenance. Strong general carpentry and troubleshooting skills. A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic. Dependability, honesty, and integrity. Excellent listening and communication skills. A willingness to learn and work collaboratively with colleagues and trade professionals. A professional appearance and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively.
Requirements:
Full complement of personal tools appropriate for the position. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable transportation. Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed. Work Environment /
Benefits:
  • This is a full-time, year-round position.

  • Compensation ranges from $60,000 - $73,000 depending on experience

$60,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
