Residential Carpenter | Job Description

Job Summary Seeking a carpenter to work under a Lead Carpenter on interior and exterior residential construction and remodeling projects. Duties Framing, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and decks. Install windows, doors, drywall, and trim. Basic painting, prep, and finish work. Measure, cut, and install materials. Complete work accurately and maintain Mt. Hope Construction, Inc.'s quality standards. Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe. Safely use tools and follow local building codes. Work well with others and follow directions. Requirements 3 years of experience or equivalent trade training. 18+ or enrolled in an approved vocational/technical school co-op program. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Able to read and understand scopes of work. Knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques. Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when working in homeowners' homes. Dependable and hardworking. Pay:

$20.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
