• 42.50/hr after 60 days The job We mostly stick to remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, and basements in Western Ma. We run a small crew(s) of two or three guys. I'm looking for a carpenter who can grow into leading the projects. You'd start on the tools at $30
• 35 depending on skillset, so we can see each other work. Around 60 days in, assuming it's a fit both ways, you start picking up more of the field responsibility

50 I'll still be the one running the projects, dealing with clients, and bringing in the work. What I'm looking for is somebody I trust in the field How we work Two things matter here more than anything else. We respect the house. Every job puts us in somebody's home, around their stuff, their kids, and their routine. We treat every client like we're working at our grandmother's house — boots off at the door, drop cloths down, dust contained, and the site swept clean at the end of every day.

The bar is this:

if the client doesn't tell us we're the cleanest crew they've ever had in their house, we didn't hit it. Same goes for how we carry ourselves — respectful with the client, respectful with each other, and we leave our personal stuff back at home. I want somebody who is still chasing better cuts, who notices what went wrong on the last job and makes sure it doesn't repeat. But just as much, working on being a better dad, husband, or the version they want to be of themelves, Who I'm looking for Somebody five years in or more . Knows what steps come next during a remodel and has either led a crew, worked independently, or ready to. What the day looks like Mix of demo, light framing, trim, tile, Drywall, and general carpentry. Coordinating with the subs so nobody is tripping over anybody. Keeping the site safe and swept.
