In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of construction, repair, and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Utilize hand tools, power tools A background on commercial construction is helpful. This includes, metal framing, drywall, tape, and paint, Suspended ceilings, metal doors and frames including hardware installation. Perform residential carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and siding. Install fixtures such cabinetry, flooring, tile laying, and other finishing touches with precision. Assist with heavy lifting and material handling using appropriate safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment. Follow construction plans carefully while adhering to power tool safety standards and industry best practices. Support construction site activities including metal stud framing, masonry work, water damage restoration, and drywall finishing. Maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring compliance with safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications Proven experience in construction or handyman roles with a strong background in carpentry and woodworking and metal framing. Knowledge of residential carpentry techniques such as framing, trim work, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and siding. Experience with restoration projects including water damage repair and mold remediation is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges.

Pay:
