Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry projects with precision, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential , remodeling, restoration, and custom woodworking projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse tasks that challenge your craftsmanship and problem-solving abilities while ensuring safety and quality standards are met at every stage. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install various wood and metal components using hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Perform framing, drywall installation, siding, flooring, tile laying, and trim carpentry with precision. Fabricate custom fixtures, cabinets, doors, and other woodwork to specifications. Install fixtures such as cabinetry, doors, moldings, and hardware while ensuring proper alignment and finish. Conduct rebar installation, masonry work, plastering, caulking, and water damage restoration as needed. Operate woodworking machines safely to produce high-quality components while adhering to power tool safety protocols. Assist in remodeling projects by removing old materials like drywall or siding and preparing surfaces for new installations. Support restoration efforts by performing mold remediation, water damage repairs, or structural repairs on existing buildings. Collaborate with project managers to estimate construction costs accurately and interpret construction plans effectively. Lift heavy materials safely during construction site activities while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Requirements Proven experience in residential carpentry with a strong background in framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and fixture installation. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels along with power tools including drills, saws, sanders for woodworking. Knowledge of wood construction materials like lumber, plywood, MDF along with metal studs and other building components. Experience operating woodworking machines such as table saws or CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment is preferred. Strong understanding of power tool safety standards combined with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely on-site. Construction site experience including working on remodeling projects or restoration jobs is highly desirable. Additional skills in plastering, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying or masonry are advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges; ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must have a valid driving license. Pay:
$31.02 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
