We are seeking experienced Residential Remodeling Carpenters to work on home renovation and remodeling projects. Candidates should have a strong background in residential construction and be comfortable performing a variety of carpentry tasks from demolition through finish work.
Responsibilities:
Perform residential remodeling and renovation work Frame walls, partitions, ceilings, and other structures Install doors, windows, cabinets, trim, molding, and hardware Perform interior and exterior finish carpentry Complete kitchen, bathroom, basement, and whole-home renovations Remove and replace existing materials during remodeling projects Read measurements, plans, and layouts accurately Make repairs and modifications to existing structures Work independently and as part of a construction crew Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow job-site safety requirements
Requirements:
3+ years of residential carpentry/remodeling experience preferred Experience with both rough and finish carpentry Ability to measure, cut, and install materials accurately Comfortable using hand and power tools Must have basic carpentry tools Reliable transportation to various job sites Ability to lift construction materials and perform physically demanding work Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience:
Kitchen and bathroom remodeling Window and door installation Cabinet installation Interior trim and finish work Decks and exterior carpentry Drywall and light demolition Residential additions and renovations
Pay Range:
